Business meeting result: after two years of development and testing of my Datacquire business intelligence solution (ok, the business logic and database shit behind the scenes is not my work) I'm finally gonna get some earn for the application. I've spent many (1000+) freetime hours programming the pre-release version from the scratch. I'm expected to customize the application (corporate designs), translate it to Slovak and deploy. This requires another freetime hours, but the work is much easier with the smell of extra money for all that extra work:)

I've placed a test copy of flamewar to a subdomain of my projee.com hosting, but it was bloody slow. Therefore I've cancelled firstlife.sk website and replaced it by the flamewar application (planned to do so anyway). I'll have to ask the provider to redirect the domains.

I've read some "under the hood" articles about SQL Server Express internals. I'm planning to use it as a storage media of the new flamewar.sk portal. No deeper experience with SQL Server until now, except of attaching/detaching & trimming.. Had some problems locally 2night, the sqlservr.exe process remained running even after stopping all related services in the service manager. huh. seems I'm still not getting the point.I really don't understand what's the reason to omit one single letter from the process name. sqlservr.exe instead of sqlservEr.exe... The good old "8+3" times are gone. Or not?
