Filetime Dumper is a utility that displays file time of all files in a folder hierarchy. It can also export this information into a text file. One-purpose application with no extra functionality.
NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate
Unfortunately, it's possible to disable last access time updating in windows registry, to boost machine performance. In such case the information shown in the "last access" column doesn't have to reflect reality.
Use "
Tools-> Check NTFS last access update setting" to check if you can take your last access info seriously.
